Additionally, we are implementing an environmental management system that includes a comprehensive list of terms from approvals and permits, establishing requirements for self-monitoring and internal procedures.

We are BRC certified for food safety, and our HACCP certification is available on the website of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

This certification also opens access to restrictive markets such as China, the United States, and Japan, serving as a seal of approval for the quality and hygiene standards that are deeply integrated into our production process.
